- These towels are made from high quality zero-twist cotton grown in the Aegean region in Turkey. Due to the ultra thin weave they are highly absorbent and leave you dry instantly. With our special HD-Spin technology our towels are ultra plush and soft on your skin, and will get better with every wash cycle.

- Our passion when launching Towelsy was to design the most luxurious towel you will ever experience, while ensuring that the product is natural and safe. We have carefully researched the manufacturers and the raw materials being used in every product we bring. To ensure the quality and materials will remain the same and to constantly monitor the supply chain, we have engaged with a world recognized certification company OEKO-TEX. Through rigorous processes we have received their official certification “Made In Green by OEKO-TEX”. Every towel you purchase from Towelsy should have this label affixed to the towel.

-Most important when receiving your brand new Towelsy luxury product, is to first wash the towel so all the natural cotton fibers can align and take their final shape. The following are normal steps for washing:

Machine wash the towel using cold and gentle cycle, and follow instructions on your detergent packaging to avoid using too much liquid/powder per load size 

Towels should only be washed with similar products on medium to low temperature, you should avoid other items that might have zippers or objects that can grab the towel. Avoid using any bleach or fabric softeners in the wash cycle as it reduces the absorbency. 

Dry the towel with low heat setting

We offer free shipping for orders with a value of $80 or greater. For orders below $80, shipping rates will be calculated when checking out from our online store.

Our refund or exchange policy is valid for 30 days from date of receiving product. If product arrives defective or damaged, a Return Authorization form will be issued by our customer service team and a replacement product will be shipped when we receive the defective items back.

If return is requested for “Change of mind” reason, you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. Items need to be unused and in original new condition, a refund for the item purchase price will be refunded when product as receive back and inspected.
